Everything on the Prop Firm page is computed from the trades you log against each account. There’s no broker auto-sync — your numbers are as accurate as your trade logging.
The four tabs
Tracking an account
1
Click Track prop firm account
On the Prop Firm page, click + Track prop firm account in the top right.
2
Choose the status
Pick whether you’re starting an Evaluation or adding an account that’s Already funded. The form adapts to show the right rules for each.
3
Pick a firm template (optional)
Selecting a firm template (TopStep, Apex, Lucid, MyFundedFutures, Take Profit Trader, and sizes) pre-fills that firm’s typical rules. Every field stays editable — templates are a starting point, not a lock.
4
Set the rules
Enter the account size, drawdown, and any other rules (see below). Add the firm name, a nickname, start date, and your broker.
5
Track it
Click Track account. The account appears under the matching tab, and any evaluation fee you entered is logged automatically.
Free plan users share the app-wide limit of 1 trading account (prop accounts count toward it). Once you’re at the limit, the button becomes an Upgrade prompt. Pro unlocks unlimited accounts and the bulk Quantity field for creating several at once.
Evaluation rules
Funded payout rules
When you add an Already funded account (or pass an evaluation), the form swaps the eval-only fields for a Payout rules section, since funded accounts work differently:Funded accounts have no profit target — once funded, the goal shifts from passing to consistent payouts.
Account cards
Each account shows a card with its balance and a progress bar for every rule that applies — drawdown used, worst-day loss, profit target, min trading days, and consistency. A “would breach” warning appears if your logged trades have crossed a hard limit. Funded cards also show Net to you (your P&L after the profit split), a Payout buffer bar (how close you are to being able to withdraw), and a Winning days bar. The card’s action menu (three dots) lets you Add trade, Edit rules, Mark as passed → funded, Mark as breached, Log payout, or Delete.Adding trades
Prop accounts are ordinary trading accounts, so they appear everywhere you’d select an account. To log trades against one:- Use Add trade on the account’s card, or
- Go to the Trades page → Add Trade and pick the account.
