Passing an evaluation
When you pass an evaluation, the funded account you receive is a brand-new account — your evaluation profits don’t carry over. TradeAlign mirrors that, so your funded metrics stay clean.1
Mark as passed → funded
On the evaluation’s card, open the action menu and choose Mark as passed → funded.
2
Set up the funded account
A Set up funded account form opens, pre-filled with a suggested name and the funded payout rules. Adjust the name and rules, then click Continue.
3
Keep or hide the evaluation's trades
Choose whether to keep the evaluation’s trades in your journal & analytics, or hide them. Either way, those trades stay attached to the (now Passed) evaluation — they’re never counted toward the new funded account.
The Passed tab
Passed evaluations live in the Passed sub-tab. Each card has a Show / Hide trades in journal toggle, so you can decide whether that evaluation’s trades appear in your journal and analytics — and change your mind anytime.Marking a breach
If an account breaks a rule, open its card menu and choose Mark as breached, then select a reason (max drawdown hit, daily loss limit hit, consistency violation, and so on).Breaching is non-destructive — the account isn’t deleted or archived. It moves to the Breached tab and stays fully visible for review.
Payouts & fees
The Transactions tab tracks the money side of your prop trading — what you’ve earned (payouts) and spent (fees and resets).Logging a payout
Use Log payout on a funded account’s card, or Log transaction on the Transactions tab. Enter the amount, date, and an optional note.Logging a fee
Fees are logged automatically where possible — your evaluation fee when you start a challenge, and your activation fee when you pass into funded. You can also log fees manually:Every payout and fee rolls up into the Total earned, Total spent, and Net + ROI figures on the Dashboard tab.
