# Prop Firm Insights

> Understand your prop trading with ROI, finance breakdowns, passing & breach rates, and trader-behavior analytics.

The Prop Firm page has two analytical surfaces: the **Dashboard** (the money view) and the **Insights** tab (passing/breach rates plus trader-behavior analytics). Both are built entirely from your logged trades and transactions.

## Dashboard

The Dashboard tab gives you the financial picture across all your prop accounts:

* **Headline tiles** — Funded balance, active Evaluations, Total spent, Total earned, and Net + ROI on fees.
* **ROI progression** — a chart of your cumulative **income** (payouts), **expenses** (fees & resets), and **net** over time.
* **Finance breakdown** — net earned minus spent, grouped **By firm** or **By account size**, with a donut and per-group spent/earned detail.

## Insights tab

The Insights tab is where you understand *why* your accounts pass or breach, and the behavior behind your results.

### Passing & breach insights

| Panel                | What it tells you                                                                                                                                                                                |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Passing insights** | Your passing rate (accounts passed ÷ accounts attempted), broken down **by firm** and **by account size**                                                                                        |
| **Breach insights**  | Evaluation vs funded breaches, your most common breach reasons, and correlated metrics — average days before a breach, average P\&L before a breach, and your most common breached size and firm |

### Performance summary

A row of headline stats for your prop trades: average **TradeAlign Score**, **win rate**, **profit factor**, **expectancy**, and **average contract size**.

### Trader behavior

The Insights tab also surfaces the behavioral analytics scoped to your prop trades:

* **Day of week** and **time of day** — when you trade best and worst
* **TradeAlign Score trend** — how your execution discipline is trending ([what the score means](/journal/tradealign-score))
* **Performance by setup** and **consistency** (streaks, profitable-day %)
* **Mistake frequency** — the recurring mistakes (revenge trading, oversizing, moving stops) that tend to breach accounts
* **Game plan signals** — game-plan compliance, readiness vs outcome, and overtrading vs your max-losses limit

  Behavior insights cover trades from your **visible** prop accounts. Hidden passed evaluations (see [Lifecycle & Payouts](/prop-firm/lifecycle)) are excluded, just like everywhere else in analytics.
